Shipping policy

We ship our items with Cope Sensitive Freight. We ship within Australia only, and when the item is in stock and not indicated as pre-order, we will ship within 1-2 business days. Once we ship your gear, it'll get there in about 2-5 days for Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, 4-6 days for Adelaide, 7-10 days for Perth, and a little longer for NT and isolated regional areas.

Our shopping cart does not calculate or charge shipping at checkout so you will have to contact us for a quote for multiple item orders. Simply contact us for accurate prices if you live in rural or remote areas.

Please leave details as to where you would like your item(s) left if no one is home at the time of delivery. If there are no delivery instructions placed by you, it will automatically be left at the front door.

RE-DELIVERY WILL INCUR EXTRA FREIGHT CHARGES. This is out of our control.
